Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Großraum Heidelberg 2 Mitarbeiter/-innen für den Customer Service in Vollzeit. Start asap für 6 Monate. Unser Kunde fertigt hochwertige Fertignährmedien für das Umgebungsmonitoring und die mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle sowie für die mikrobiologische Diagnostik.
Functional Tasks
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, forms and requests within Service Level Agreement
- Escalates requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers’ accounts
- File records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Assignments are moderately complex, where judgment is required in solving problems and making recommendations. May involve choosing from two or more pre-defined alternative coursed of action
- Works under general supervision with some instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new types of work or special projects
