On behalf of our client we are looking for a Recruiter to support the talent acquisition. The position is based in Walldorf next to Heidelberg and the initial duration is six month.
Responsibilities:
- Partner effectively with the recruiting team and local HR Business Partners to ensure that our clients requisitions & job postings are opened so that the Work Council process requirement can commence and adhered to.
- Handle all the candidate applications, interview and Work Council process related requirements for all Internal Transfers
- Build strong relationships internally with the recruitment/HR team across
- Work effectively with the recruitment stakeholders across the EMEA and support any requirements for scheduling candidates at panel interview stage and beyond.
- Talent sourcing:
- Work with the recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of the roles being recruited for.
- Source potentially suitable candidates through direct channels, web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent for open positions.
- Pre-qualify potential candidates to determine the candidate’s job fit, level of interest and other necessary information (i.e. salary, benefits, etc.) to present to the relevant recruiter.
- Develop relationships between hiring managers and candidates; gain candidate interest in working for our client, product value proposition and career opportunity.
- As a sourcing specialist you are the first touch point for prospective candidates; as a sourcing specialist you will need to be candidate focused to ensure that they have an unrivalled candidate journey that reflects the professionalism that the clients brand reflects.
- Build and maintain a database of viable candidates to fill strategic positions
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant research & administration role
• Knowledge of a Work Council process is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of internet sourcing and staffing tools
• Ability to mine data using the internet including Social Media
• Strong computer expertise
• Knowledge of IT Industry would be helpful
• Strong verbal and negotiation skills
• Good telephone manner
• Project management skills
• Analytical and methodical in approach
• Good planning skills, prioritization skills and sense of urgency
• Fluency in German and English is a must both written and verbal
