On behalf of our client we are looking for a recruiting consultant. The position is based in Walldorf next to Mannheim and start date is asap. The duration is a long term contract via an angency.
Task
• You will identify and hire top talents within the DACH region, as well as taking care of HR Marketing activities.
• Your tasks include full-cycle recruiting efforts from requirement definition through offer negotiation and hire.
- Build and enhance relationship with managers and assess hiring needs
- Work in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Global Mobility, Shared Service Center etc.
- Consult the business in all recruiting related issues:
- Assess and create job descriptions
- Prescreening and pre-selection of candidates
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Work with external agencies and works council
• Facilitate and manage the design of competitive offer packages
• - Participate in HR Marketing projects:
• Organization of career fairs
• Also you will be the HR contact for the University Champion Program (coordinating lectures, events, etc. at our top tier schools)
Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies
- Pro-active working attitude as well as a high service orientation
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Ability to successfully interact with management, line managers and colleagues
- High presentation and negotiation skills

First work experience (including internship, or relevant side job)
Travel requirements
