On behalf of our client we are looking for an office assistant in Walldorf next to Heidelberg with start date in March. Our client is an international successful company.
Tasks:
• Provide daily office functions and duties, including active and autonomous administrative support to managers (and, if necessary, their teams): i. e. diary-/calendar management, monitoring actions, managing reminders, arranging and coordinating management meetings and booking meeting rooms, etc.
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree desired/ successfully completed vocational training as secretary
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and analytical skills as well as flexibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently/under pressure
• English - advanced
