On behalf of our client we are looking for a project manager asap in the Frankfurt area. Our client is an international successful company in the automotive sector.
Your Task
• Responsible for leading the Application Engineering projects from Request/Quote to SOP within defined Costs, Timeline and specification
• Controlling of different-Systems (Milestones/Timelines, Costs/Budgets, Specifications, Bill of material)
• Providing technical solution for the customer with the customer respecting scope, timeline and costs
• Responsible for engineering of product according to customer specification
• Frequent Project Reviews with project-team, supervisor and customer
• Products are fluid-carrying (e.g. Urea/ SCR*, fuel, oil, air/exhaust, cooling water) Thermoplastic systems (Quickconnectors and pipes) for mainly automotive market
• Functional management of international project team (Sales, Process Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, …)
• Controlling of AEFLE-related Continuous-Improvement / KAIZEN Projects
• Lead one product championate (Know-how management on a certain product)
• ca. 25 - 50% travel within Europe (Customer and Locations)
Your profile
• Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor or Master; Specialization in Materials or Plastics)
• Minimum of 3 years of project- and product-relevant Business-Experience in the automotive industry (e.g. OEM, suppliers, engineering consultancies)
• Structured and consistent approach on complex tasks
• Business-English is mandatory
• Experience in Project-Management-Software (e.g. Genius, R-Plan)
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
• Experience with automotive OEM- and/or Tier1-suppliers-Projects
