On behalf of our client we are looking for support for the IT department in the controlling area. The position is based next to Mannheim and start date should be 2nd of January2021. Our client is an international successful company.
General description of the tasks:
Global IT Reporting & Portfolio supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Global IT Top Management in supervising and governing the IT Portfolio & IT Project Controlling, as well as IT KPI Management, IT Management Reporting and other IT Reporting services. The IT Reporting & Portfolio team consists of approximately 20 employees working in Rhein Neckar Area & Bangalore. Key deliverables of Global IT Reporting & Portfolio are therefore to develop consistent and coherent state-of-the-art reporting.
Key tasks in this project are:
- Creation/development of new Management Reports (Standard- and Ad-hoc Reporting)) according to customer needs
- continuously improving of existing reporting
- administration of KPI Management systems
- Service Catalogue maintenance
- Execute Data Quality Analysis and Quality Improvement Initiatives
Requirements:
- minimum Bachelors Degree
- Very good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Very good communication skills, written and verbal, German and English
- experience in dashboard creation via Dashboard
- general knowledge/experience in creation of Reports for Management
- Dedicated to quality assurance and preciseness
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking pattern
- Communicative team player & Problem resolution skills
- Proactively work with virtual teams to advance process improvements
