Professionelles Altsaxophon yanagisawa
Herzlich willkommen in Yanagisawa world one of the best altsaxophon in the world.if not the best.
Altsaxophon Yanagisawa A-991 Gold finish, mit Original Koffer & Mundstück. (Neu-wäre).
The quality of some competitors in the top professional level is going down in the last years (these marketing-driven companies are reducing costs to survive, like Selmer, Yamaha,..), others have mechanical issues in the medium/long term period (Keilwerth, Rampone & Cazzani,...). However, old Mark VI and SA 80 II are still good options as well.

To clarify Yanagisawa production :
Yanagisawa A901 (now AW-01) : semi-pro entry level model, brass, about 2700 Euro
Yanagisawa A902 (now AW-02) : semi-pro entry level model, bronze, about 3300 Euro
Yanagisawa A991 (now AW-010) : professional model, brass, about 3400 Euro
Yanagisawa A992 ( now AW-020) : professional model, bronze, about 3900 Euro
Yanagisawa AW-030 / AW-033 / AW-035 / AW-037 : silver , about 4800 / 6000 / 7500 / 14000 Euro
So, what s the difference between brass and bronze ? the look. With a nice mouthpiece you will improve your sound much more, and a correct set-up, of course, you can buy it later on and save money. The quality is the same, only the body material change.
The instrument has approx. 5 years of life, it has been used but it has been treated in excellent conditions. It has been used only by myself. The mouth piece, the cord and the box are new and sailed, I never used them because I had my own system already.
I have always done regular maintenance and the instrument has been controller just before putting it on sale now. The closing, pads and springs are OK.
After 6/7 years, if you use it intensively, you will need to do maintenance, disassembling it completely, oil, register; this will be done by a professional Yanagisawa after sale service and will cost approx 150 euro. But until 2024 you don t need to do anything. The sound has been already opened and it s playing beautifully, it s ready to use. For a saxophone on this level price 5 years old means new , if you do regular maintenance it will last 100 years and more....and become a rare vintage.
- Pisani waterproof pads

- Genuine pearl touches
- High-F# key
