Internship - Junior International Sales Assistant in an international Real Estat

Our partner is a recently founded rental agency located in the heart of Paris, and it has a strong presence in the United States and the United Kingdom.
This start-up with the loft-style open space, seeks a motivated and talented person to contribute to its development. Your creativity and your motivation to work in business will be essential qualities to flourish and acquire new experiences in the company that offers internal business training as well as a sports coach if you wish. You will be in charge of the follow-up of the customers in English and / or in French; mastery of a third language would be an advantage in this international environment.

- Identifying the potential of future properties;
- Answering the homeowners in case they have questions;
- Qualifying prospects and proposing the benefits of the company to potential clients;
- Identifying opportunities and managing objections and difficult situations;
- Signing the best deals with high potential properties;
- Other tasks according to the tutor's needs.
Remmuneration: 561,60€/month + 50% transportation costs (Carte Navigo)
In order to consider your application you must:
- have a high level of English and French; additional languages are appreciated
. study Marketing, Business or similar fields of studies
- have knowledge in MS Office, Internet
- be passionate about online culture and travel industry; you're not scared by the phone
- have a previous experience in a phone-based job/in a start-up
