International Logistics (Internship/ Barcelona/ german)

The flower market is one of the leading industries in countries such as the Netherlands, Colombia, Ecuador or Kenia. Flower production is usually associated with femininity, however its relevance transcends this concept since this sector supplies numerous festivities worldwide, such as weddings or summits, and provides general decorations, also for city gardens and landmarks.
This company, located about 40 minutes from the centre of Barcelona by public transport, operates on their developed markets such as France, Germany, Poland, Italy, the USA and Canada. They have an online store where their clients can place orders for flowers from anywhere in the world. The international scope of operations requires them to have a young, creative and multicultural team.

Your tasks will be:
- Optimization of database suppliers and carriers.
- Stock control.
- Management of purchase orders.
- Coordination of shipments.
- Administrative support for logistics and production departments.
- Create reports (KPI's) of logistics and purchasing.
- Participation in regular meetings with suppliers and carriers.
To consider your application you should fulfill the following requirements:
- studies: International Commerce, Logistics, etc.
- languages: german (native), english (fluent), spanish (intermedium)
Moreover you should be open to work in an international team with colleagues from all over the world.
