BORGANI ALTO SAX PEARL GOLD

In an attempt to clean it myself before taking pictures and putting it up here I unscrewed a few screws. Now two of the buttons are loose because I'm an idiot for trying to do the work of a professional. That said, the sax is (except for these two buttons) fully functional. BUT the mouth piece became missing.
I really hope someone finds this offer who can take BETTER CARE of it than I can. I believe you could put an hour or two in cleaning it and sell it at a much higher price if you wanted to. (And if you have the know-how or know a store where they do repairs and instrument cleaning)
Some details:
I'm selling this AS IS.
This sax is about 8 - 11 years old. It has been lying in its case for the past 5 to 6 years. The neck is missing a piece of that wooden stuff. The buttons all close perfectly.
