On behalf of our client we are looking for office assistant in Walldorf next to Heidelberg. The project starts in April and initial duration is six month. Program Managers for the internal strategic IT programs need additional quality PMO Support for the following tasks in the respective programs/projects:
- Resource and Financial Mngt.
- Program/project controlling and forecasting
- Program Planning/Scheduling
- Risk & Issue Mgnt.
- Program Coordination
- Steering Committee and presentation preparation
- Program Communication
- German and English
Affinity to numbers and financial administration with commitment to highest quality standards, reliability and team work is a must. Fast ramp and adoption of internal processes and tools is assumed. Furthermore, MS Office, especially MS Excel with high proficiency required. MS Project a plus, but optional.
