On behalf of our client we are looking for office support in Walldorf next to Heidelberg. The initial duration is until the end of the year.
- Calendar management, ensure timely and reliable schedule management of all appointments
- Travel booking and management
- Organize internal and external appointments
- Organization of team meetings, offsite meetings, regional business reviews and external
- High level of flexibility and consciousness that this job includes working with colleagues from all time zones
- Workflow / budget management
- Team assistant (20 people)
Knowledge :
- Very good administrative skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office esp Outlook
- Ability to work in an agile environment with virtual teams and managers located remotely in different time zones
- Ability to multi-task and to communicate with all levels of management internally and
Externally
- Strong team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals
- Business fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
