On behalf of our international successful client in Darmstadt we are looking for an eProcurement Project manager for initial six month. The start date is immediately.
The eProcurement team is searching for a project manager to represent the business in a migration project of all worldwide electronic Purchase Orders and electronic customers from an in-house solution to a 3rd party provider. The candidate will play a key role working with other project manager and the project management from the 3rd party.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination of internal support team (customer service), existing eProcurement customers together with counterpart in
• order to guarantee a seamless migration and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Management of end customer/platform provider relationship
• Prioritization of migration activities
• Support and coordinate regular meetings
• Overall migration planning and coordination of all activities around
• Conducting end customer communication
• Controlling of project progress and milestone achievement
• The person will report directly to the Head of Global eProcurement and will be supported by the Project Managers for North
• America and Europe. A frequent (min weekly) status update to the Head of Global eProcurement is required.
• For this Darmstadt based position travel (min. 2x) to the US is expected.
Skills:
• Excellent understanding of end customer requirements
• Strong organizational skills
• Experienced in intercultural and international project management
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• Experienced in multinational coordination
• Ideal candidate has experience dealing with major eProcurement providers and/or marketplaces
• Any past experience in managing international projects involving internal and external functions is a plus.
