On behalf of our international successful client based in Walldorf we are looking for support in the human resources department.
Tasks:
• All managers will be supported by the Local HRBP in regards to people issues.
• The focus of the HRBP is to enable and mature managers to become self-sufficient with regards to employee relations matters. He/she translates key business challenges into HR demands and acts as a Change Agent rolling out key processes and in addition supporting managers in people related issues, e.g. by providing guidance and counseling on legal topics and policies that must be adhered to.
• HRBP will support employees in very sensitive or delicate situations.
• The HRBP report to the local Country/Hub HR Director or in bigger Hubs to a local HRBP team lead.
• Represent HR towards all locally residing managers
• Provide 1-1 consulting on core HR processes to managers from all board areas in the country
• Contributes to global HR projects
• Supports locally based management in driving and executing on people strategy
• Follow up to ensure that HR processes are executed in alignment with expectations
• Execute board area initiated programs for the local organization
• Provide counseling, coaching, change management, compliance guidance
• Assist employees in cases where HRdirect or own Manager cannot support
• Represent locally in union / works council activities
• Subject matter expert in legal topics
• Responsible for local policy development, administration and communication, i.e. in those cases where a local policy is needed which is not yet standard

• Ability to work and negotiate with Business leaders
• Business level English
