On behalf of our client we are looking for managment and team support. The position is based in Walldorf next to Heidelberg.
TASKS
- Calendar and Inbox management
- Prepare reports, slides and graphic presentations as required
- Overall appointment coordination: prepare meetings and follow-up on them (organization, room booking, agenda, monitoring of deadlines, etc.)
- Arrange workshops
- Travel management & travel planning: booking of flights, hotels, transfers and obtaining visas; travel expense accounting; invoice control of business travels
- Other administrative tasks such as maintain IT inventory, office supply orders, etc.
- Perform all other ad-hoc support as needed
Qualification/Skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, stay calm in fast-paced situations, and do not lose the overview working against tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Very good team player
- Self motivated & self disciplined
- Experience in working as an assistant to a manager and team before
- German, English
