Für unseren Kunden in Eppelheim suchen wir möglichst ab sofort für langfristig 4 Mitarbeiter/innen für den Customer Service. Unser Kunde ist ein führendes Chemieunternehmen in der Region.

Functional Tasks
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Process orders, forms and requests within Service Level Agreement
- Escalates requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers’ accounts
- File records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Assignments are moderately complex, where judgment is required in solving problems and making recommendations. May involve choosing from two or more pre-defined alternative coursed of action
- Works under general supervision with some instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new types of work or special projects
Qualifikationen
- abgeschlossene kaufm. Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Export Erfahrung (Kenntnisse von Zollbestimmungen, Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Zolldokumenten, z.B. Ausfuhrgenehmigungen etc.)
- gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Stressresistenz
- SAP von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- MS-Office Paket
