ATE Developer (m/f)

Your main responsibilities:
Set-up for test implementation & test program architecture
Development of test evaluation boards
Development of Characterization-programs, mainly on ATE platforms
Performance of chip-characterization, mainly on ATE platforms
Analysis and documentation of characterization results
Close cooperation with Concept Engineering, Product Development and Test Engineering
Qualifications
Degree of equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Test Engineer / ATE
Main focus of Microelectronics or Semiconductor Physics
Experience with C, C++
Experience in ATEs Teradyne J750, Flex, Fusion, Eagle and Test Program Definition & Architecture required
Experience in Digital & Analog semiconductor test and NVM test
Very good knowledge of English required and good German desired
