The Apartment is on the second floor of a 5-floor townhouse. The seperate entrance leads to an open staircase which ends directly in the living area of the apartment. 60 sq. meters (about 650 sq. feet) with 1 bedroom, a full bath and a well apportioned Kitchen opening to the living area. Floor length windows in all rooms flood the apartment with lots of natural light. On the ground floor is the music room of the owner, a professional singer. This is used in the afternoons only and is available for use by guests in coordination with the owner and for an additional fee.
TRANSPORTATION
Train, Streetcar and Bus stops are just a 5 minute walk from the Apartment - only 12 minutes from Alexander Platz!
AREA
Rummelsburger Bay - Kayaking and fishing in summer. Ice skating in winter. A year-round peaceful oasis.
Stralau Peninsula - Villas, Parks, water and lots of green plus the Village Church from 1464
Friedrichshain - Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Clubs, especially, in and around Simon-Dach-Strasse
Treptower Park - one of Berlin s largest parks and the main docking station for sight seeing boats.
